The 33-year-old gushed about her beau Kanye West at a high society gathering in Beverly Hills, on Wednesday.
The reality star could not contain her admiration as she called her husband-to-be the ‘most romantic, sweetest person’ during an impromptu interview.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star also fielded the big question about when she might wed her rapper boyfriend while attending the Hollywood Reporter's 22nd Annual Women in Entertainment Breakfast.
When asked if she might elope, she replied: ‘No, not that I know, but he is the kind of random, spur-of-the-moment type of guy,' adding: ‘So you never know.’
The mother-of-one wore a citrine-coloured satin Lanvin dress teamed with a bright yellow MaxMara coat for the outing.
She was seen standing just inside the luxury store with her back to the glass doors, as she put her arms around her partner's neck.
The Yeezus star appeared to have his arms wrapped around his future wife under her coat as he gazed over her shoulder during the hug.
The couple were joined by Kim's mother Kris Jenner, who appeared to be playing a bit of the third wheel, trailing behind the pair during the trip.
Kim was seen chatting with some shop assistants as they moseyed around the store.
She styled her newly golden tresses in an Old Hollywood-style curl and accessorised with a pair of large diamond stud earrings.
Kim is currently relishing regaining her figure after giving birth to daughter North West on June 15.
Kim has lost 56lbs since little Nori's arrival, and recently flaunted her new shape by slipping into a sexy bikini for a swimsuit shoot that landed on the cover of this week's Us Weekly magazine.
But Kim's sleek new look didn't come easily, with the reality star putting herself through gruelling workout regimes, including kicking off each day with 100 squats, to help her shed the pounds.
